Paper receipts and dead networks are costing you revenue.
Kazzisoft builds offline-first systems that capture every sale and every collection: on rugged handhelds in the field, at the shop counter, and on your dashboard at headquarters.

Everything here exists because a customer's day demanded it.
Not a feature list. The realities of selling and collecting in East Africa, handled.
Works offline
No signal, no problem. Every sale and receipt is captured on the device and synced the moment you're back. Zero lost transactions.
Multiple languages
English, Swahili and French built in. Need another language? We add it. Staff switch with one tap; receipts and reports follow.
Multiple payment methods
Cash, mobile money, cards and customer credit. Every payment recorded properly and reconciled automatically at shift close.
Multi-currency
Dollars and shillings on the same receipt. One exchange rate, set by you, applied on every screen and report.
Rugged devices
Purpose-built terminals that print, scan and last a full shift. Drop them, dust them, keep selling.
Tax system integration
E-receipts flow straight to national tax systems like KRA and URA. Compliance happens while you sell, not at month-end.
Hardware that survives the field.
Purpose-built terminals, supplied configured. Unbox, sign in, start selling.

The field terminal
Collects, prints and scans all day, in places with no power and no signal.
- All-day battery
- Built-in printer
- Barcode scanner
- 4G + Wi-Fi

The counter terminal
Runs the till, the queue and the cash drawer at your busiest branch.
- Touchscreen
- Receipt printer
- Cash-drawer ready
- USB scanners
Offline isn't a failure mode. It's the default.
Watch it work: receipts collected at a toll station with no signal land on the director's dashboard the moment the device reconnects.

The short answers. For everything else, a 30-minute call covers more than a page ever will.
What happens when the network goes down?
Nothing changes at the counter. The full catalogue, prices and stock live on each device, so sales and collections continue and receipts keep printing. Everything queues locally and syncs automatically when signal returns, with receipt numbers that never collide.
What hardware do we need?
Whatever fits the job: rugged handheld terminals with built-in thermal printers for the field, Android tablets or a countertop terminal for the shop, and any modern browser for the back office. We supply and configure the devices, and updates ship over the air.
Does it integrate with KRA or URA?
Yes. Sales and collections can flow straight into national tax systems such as KRA in Kenya and URA in Uganda, so compliant e-receipts are produced as you sell instead of reconstructed at filing time.
Which languages are supported?
English, Swahili and French ship out of the box, across screens, receipts and reports. If your team works in another language, we add it as part of deployment.
Our operation doesn't fit either product. Can you build for us?
That's how both products started. We build custom systems on the same offline-first engine: web, mobile, handheld POS and desktop as one platform. See Custom Solutions, or just tell us how your operation runs.
How long does deployment take?
A standard Sokora rollout runs in days: devices arrive configured, staff train on their own products and prices. Percepta deployments depend on your rate structure and stations; most counties are collecting digitally within weeks, not quarters.
